Once you have completed the Orientation to Zen Course, and are ready to join into the formal Zen practice, please contact Eshu Osho to arrange for a Practice Assessment at the Sooke Zendo. This is a two-hour process during which your physical practice and understanding of the form used at Zenwest will be assessed in order to ensure that you are physically, mentally and emotionally prepared to begin formal practice in our Sangha.
For people who do not wish to become members of Zenwest, but still desire for a formal student/teacher relationship, Kosen Eshu Osho is available for private instruction by appointment.
